Cookies set by the plugin

wfwaf-authcookie-(hash)

What it does: This cookie is used by the Wordfence firewall to perform a capability check of the current user before WordPress has been loaded.

Who gets this cookie: This is only set for users that are able to log into WordPress.

How this cookie helps: This cookie allows the Wordfence firewall to detect logged in users and allow them increased access. It also allows Wordfence to detect non-logged in users and restrict their access to secure areas. The cookie also lets the firewall know what level of access a visitor has to help the firewall make smart decisions about who to allow and who to block.

wf_loginalerted_(hash)

What it does: This cookie is used to notify the Wordfence admin when an administrator logs in from a new device or location.

Who gets this cookie: This is only set for administrators.

How this cookie helps: This cookie helps site owners (New Beginnings Life Ministry)  know whether there has been an admin login from a new device or location.

wfCBLBypass

What it does: Wordfence offers a feature for a site visitor to bypass country blocking by accessing a hidden URL. This cookie helps track who should be allowed to bypass country blocking.

Who gets this cookie: When a hidden URL defined by the site admin is visited, this cookie is set to verify the user can access the site from a country restricted through country blocking. This will be set for anyone who knows the URL that allows bypass of standard country blocking. This cookie is not set for anyone who does not know the hidden URL to bypass country blocking.

How this cookie helps: This cookie gives site owners (New Beginnings Life Ministry) a way to allow certain users from blocked countries, even though their country has been blocked.

Embedded content from other websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracing your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

Analytics

We do not use analytic software on this site.

Who we share your data with

We do not share data with any party outside of NBLC Ministry & Prayer Team.

How long we retain your data

For users that register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. How we protect your data

New Beginnings Life Ministry uses 256-bit AES hardware-based encryption, in XTS mode, and FIPS 140-2 Level 3 validation with on-device Cryptochip Encryption Key management for all backups that are stored in our physical premises. All of the data we collect is stored safely and cannot be tampered with or else accessed by anyone outside of the designated Administrator for this site.

We destroy all data which is no longer needed, to a 7 Pass erase standard on all our storage devices that hold personal information given to us by any party.

What data breach procedures we have in place

Your personal information is not disclosed outside the www.new-beginnings-life.church site administration. No one has access to your information outside of NBLM (New Beginnings Life Ministry) or NBLC (New Beginnings Life Church) as the Data Controller. That means that to read your data the Administrator must be logged in. All administrative logins are monitored and logged fully. We protect the site with an industry standard GDPS compliant security program and monitor access across the site on a daily basis. When we move to a more user intense model, then we will publish Data Breach Procedures accordingly.

What third parties we receive data from

None from the site itself. We monitor and destroy any data we may receive via email or else by other electronic means on a weekly basis. Data that is received in this way is either refused or else if not refused it is deleted securely if we can see no proper reason to retain it. If we do retain data sent in this way then it is likely to be a matter of signalling an appropriate authority.

What automated decision making and/or profiling we do with user data

We do not automate any decision making processes or user profiling models.

Regulatory Framework and our responsibility

We have implemented standards that exceed those specified by the General Data Protection Regulation in the area of external data storage of the site content. The term used to identify that data is backup. We are also reviewing our planned usage for this site in order to be GDPS compliant in areas that pertain to membership of the site. At the moment we do not collect personal data outside our Contact Form. There is , therefore, a minimal legal requirement for us to be GDPS compliant as defined by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data. When you email us directly your email will be stored on our secure clients using complex security methods where discs and data are encrypted. All emails we receive are acknowledged manually and contain the following statement.

“If you have any concerns about this email, why you received it, as well, its content, then please email the sender with your concern. Or else, if you feel that you cannot do that, then contact admin@new-beginnings.life, and your concerns will be forwarded and dealt with appropriately. Your details will not be passed on to the originating sender, until we have examined your concern and responded to yourself directly.”

Where a communicant has disclosed personal information by email, we do accept that in circumstances of your own determination you may request that the email is removed from our systems. We will always yield to such a request where possible. The only exception to that would be where we believe a necessary disclosure may be legally required by ourselves in order to uphold child protection legislation.
